We saw many beautiful things in Texas but this was one of the most extraordinary. To most people this would just look like a dirty drainage ditch, but to an old demented skater and his children, it is a heavenly sight. It had a nice downhill slant, 6 foot banks, and perfectly rinsed out from the little heavy rain the day before. I don't think that I've taken the opportunity to skate one of these since 1994. Its nice grab to life again .
