Sometimes you have to bend a little. Meers, home of the a little hundred year old restaurant, with some of the best hamburgers in the nation. This place was a tradition for my dad and I since I was knee high to a grasshopper, and their hamburgers are truly excellent and unique. They recently appeared in a movie, called Hamburger Nation, and they are the best. They are 1 pounders cut up like a pizza, made of local longhorn beef that is 97% lean. I had a 1/4 of it and let the waitress know that was my first hamburger in 3 years, but I had to make an exception for Meers.
